Last summer, the Basecamp Deluxe Beach Edition of Organic-Concept and Connections brightened up the coastal Belgian city of De Panne. Perfect for those who wanted to take a stay-cation amidst the ongoing pandemic turmoil!
60 Desert and Turmeric Autentic Major Bell tents were set up for two months in a unique setting, adding even more colour to an already breathtaking context. On a 3-hectare domain, they created the best Belgian holiday resort.
Besides staying in a colourful premium cotton canvas bell tent and waking up with sand between your toes, a fantastic sea view and a blissful breeze, the guests could also enjoy lots of activities and wonderful concerts. In short: definitely the best spot for those who like to experience the outdoor life but still want to have comfort and luxury. And that was certainly the case: spacious sanitary blocks, 25 cm thick mattresses, gourmet cuisine, delicious breakfasts… What more could you ask for?

Organic-Concept is one of the premium distributors of Autentic’s cotton canvas glamping tents. The Belgian based company is specialised in design-engineering, supply and on-site assembly of Organic tented structures and tent houses. The company, operating worldwide, has been designing and producing various types of tent structures, widely deployed in the hospitality sector. Based on their personal outdoor experiences during the pandemic, they’ve decided to create unique outdoor living experiences. We at Autentic immediately felt the match with their vision. Designing and producing sustainable and high-quality products with the aim of letting people connect with each other and nature – everything that Autentic strives for.
For this major project, Organic-Concept allied with the Belgian travel organisation Connections. With more than 35 years of experience in the travel industry, Organic-Concept could not have dreamt of a better partner than Connections to step into this adventure.
The weather forecast was not always great (typically Belgian…), but that did not stop both parties from making the Basecamp Deluxe unforgettable. Autentic is enormously proud to have been part of this amazing project. Congratulations once again to both parties. Next year again? ;-)
